RCK Property Rentals has been providing quality houses to wonderful tenants since 1986. In those 25+ years, we have earned a reputation of maintaining high standards for our houses. We realize that selecting a house for you and your family to live in is a very important decision. We want our prospective tenants to be able to rent with confidence. We make sure that each house is in top condition, free from any concerns about safety or comfort. We have a network of maintenance experts, so you don’t have to worry about a repair being left “unrepaired”. From plumbing, HVAC and electrical to any other type of work that may need to be done while you are living there, we have it covered.

We know that neighborhoods are important to you. We have carefully selected houses in neighborhoods that will suit your needs. These houses are close to schools, shopping, restaurants and near bus lines. And, we don’t overlook safety. The safety of the neighborhood is an important factor. Each of our houses is in a good community. Many have active Blockwatch programs and involved neighbors.

This website should be a useful tool for you to use as you determine a place to live. Below you will find links to each of the properties that are available at this time. The links will take you to a page devoted to that house. It will give you information about the house as well as provide many photos and a map to show its exact location.

There are also links so you can print an application and other necessary paperwork you will need.

When you see an available property that is of interest to you, be sure to look at the pictures provided. There should be both interior and exterior pictures. If interested, please drive past the house. This will give you the opportunity to get a good look at the house’s exterior and yard. You can also gain an understanding of the neighborhood and near-by businesses. Visits tell much more than pictures!

If all of this lets you know that you feel this house is right for you, then print the application, employment verification and residency verification. Fill out the application completely and sign it. The two verifications should only be signed. Please do not fill them out in case they are for multiple use. Then, call us at 440-953-8687 to set up a time to view the interior of the house. Bring along those documents when we meet to see the house.
